Profile Requirements:
Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in customer support, customer service, hospitality, reservations, or administrative support
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong email communication and customer service abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Comfortable working with reservation systems, customer databases, and CRM platforms
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and maintain responsiveness throughout the day
Core responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and online inquiries
Answer customer questions regarding services, reservations, pricing, availability, policies, and general information
Provide accurate information and assist customers throughout the booking and reservation process
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure all customer inquiries receive timely responses
Follow up with customers regarding reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
Assist customers with modifying, updating, or confirming reservations when needed
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communications
Assist with data entry and administrative support related to reservations and customer service
Respond to website inquiries, contact forms, and online messages
Monitor and respond to customer messages on social media platforms when needed
Make occasional outbound or inbound phone calls when email communication is insufficient or immediate assistance is required
Help identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements
