Role Overview
We're hiring Customer Support Specialists to support customers with product orders, reorders, insurance-related questions, and account updates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll spend most of your day assisting customers over the phone, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring information is entered correctly across multiple systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer inbound customer calls regarding orders, shipments, and account questions
Process orders from start to finish while maintaining accuracy
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before order fulfillment
Update and maintain customer demographic and insurance information
Provide updates on order status, shipping timelines, and backorders
Follow up with customers regarding delays or outstanding requirements
Document customer interactions and account activity within company systems
Work with internal teams to resolve order and customer service issues
Escalate complex concerns when needed
Ensure records, documentation, and processes follow company guidelines and healthcare regulations
Support ongoing training, team initiatives, and process improvements

Pay: $20.00/hour
Contract-to-Hire opportunity
Initial contract length: 3 months
Fully Remote
Company equipment provided
Required Availability:
Training Program: 4 weeks2 weeks classroom training
2 weeks shadowing and guided learning
Shift start times range between 4:30 AM PST and 9:00 AM PST
Overtime may be available based on business needs
Requirements
• Must-Have
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum 6 months of inbound and/or outbound call center experience
Experience handling a high volume of customer calls
Ability to enter information accurately while speaking with customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working across multiple computer systems and applications
Experience following established procedures and handling multiple priorities
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications
Ability to work accurately and maintain detailed records
Preferred:
Order entry experience
Insurance verification experience
Experience using CRM or ERP systems
Healthcare, medical device, or durable medical equipment industry experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
