Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support and mentorship.
Ensure team members are meeting performance goals and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and train team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, changes, and goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance leadership skills.
Act as a role model for exceptional customer service, leading by example for team members.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to suggest and implement improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with recruitment and hiring of new team members.
Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
