You'll assist patients in scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing clear information about our healthcare services.Accurate documentation is key, so you will be expected to maintain detailed records of all interactions using our systems. In this role, collaboration is also essential-you'll work closely with internal teams to resolve patient concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and timely solutions.
