No automotive experience needed — we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Job Duties:
This position requires access to a personal computer for the first 90–180 days of employment.Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, and support outbound campaigns as needed
Schedule service appointments for automotive dealership clients
Identify caller needs and provide accurate information about services
Accurately document call details and update customer records in real time
Follow company scripts and procedures for a consistent caller experience
Escalate issues to supervisors when appropriate
Maintain quality assurance standards and complete ongoing client training
Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call
Qualifications:G.E.D. or higher
At least one year of call center or customer service experience
Comfortable navigating multiple programs and systems simultaneously
Basic familiarity with computers, software, and general technology
Strong verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and easy to understand
Solid written communication and documentation skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Sharp attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
