Department Overview

The careerzynith Data Solutions division (formerly known as MVTrac/MVConnect) provides on‑demand data services for automotive finance, government, and law‑enforcement agencies. Leveraging a nationwide network of digital recognition devices, we aggregate, store, and secure real‑time intelligent data in a highly regulated environment that meets the strictest privacy and compliance standards. Position Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, driven Customer Service & Data Information Processing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of client and lender assignments, from acceptance through processing, service completion, and asset release. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client and agent requests, handling a high volume of calls while navigating multiple systems and screens. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, with a preference for candidates residing in the Central Time Zone and who have prior remote‑work experience.
