What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities and Daily Activities
As a Locker+ Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, your responsibilities will be diverse, engaging, and essential to the smooth operation of our retail sites. No two days will look exactly the same, but every day will give you the opportunity to make a positive impact.
- Order Management: Receive inbound customer orders, accurately pick and stow packages in designated locker compartments, and prepare items for customer pickup or courier delivery.

- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about locker operations, assist with code retrieval, and provide clear instructions for first-time locker users.
- Problem Resolution: Work through various customer service scenarios, including misplaced codes, oversized packages, locker malfunctions, and time-sensitive inquiries, always with patience and professionalism.
