Position Overview

The Customer Service Agent – Pupil Transportation Support Specialist works within the Office of Pupil Transportation (OPT) to serve as the primary point of contact for families, school administrators, and internal stakeholders. This role is essential for maintaining accurate eligibility records, resolving transportation inquiries, and delivering a courteous, solution‑focused experience to every caller.
