This role is available on home working or hybrid basis (working from our Surbiton office).

ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide outstanding customer service across phone, chat, and digital channels
Manage a high volume of customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
Share your destination and product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
Solve customer issues with empathy and a positive, solution focused mindset
Work collaboratively to achieve team and individual performance targets
Maintain booking details and comply with company policies and data protection requirement
About You
Flexibility to work varied shifts (including evenings and weekends) between 8am–9pm, 7 days a week
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Team player who's also confident working independently
Highly organised and self-motivated
Customer focused with genuine empathy
Proactive problem solver who takes ownership
