Position Overview

careerzynith is currently hiring a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our high-performing remote contact center team. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service while identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services that enhance their connectivity experience. You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, manage billing and account issues, and contribute directly to monthly sales and retention goals — all while delivering the kind of authentic, human-centered support that has made careerzynith an industry leader.

This is a remote position based in the United States, with occasional in-person training sessions and team meetings. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, a consultative seller, and a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Work Location and Schedule

This is a remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while staying connected to a supportive, engaged team. You will be expected to maintain a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Candidates must live within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the life of the contract, and must be available to attend occasional in-person trainings, team huddles, and meetings at the office location as required by the business. Scheduled weekly hours are 37.5 hours, with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts.
