Position Overview

We are hiring a part-time Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this fully remote role based in Nevada, you will engage with our community across multiple platforms, including email, live chat, and social media channels. You will be responsible for answering questions, solving problems, providing education on skincare and beauty products, and maintaining careerzynith's reputation for delivering high-quality, best-in-class service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in skincare, e-commerce startups, and the broader beauty industry. The role requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible availability primarily between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST. The ideal candidate must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed to support our community.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
