Why This Role Matters
As a Customer Engagement Specialist on the Professional Learning Team, you will be the face of careerzynith for teachers, administrators, and district leaders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead District Workshops: Design and deliver dynamic, in‑person and virtual workshops that showcase the capabilities of careerzynith and generate excitement among educators.
- Facilitate Teacher Enablement Sessions: Conduct training sessions that guide teachers and administrators through implementation best practices, ensuring smooth rollout at the classroom and site level.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key district champions, providing them with up‑to‑date resources, success stories, and ongoing support.
- Grassroots Outreach: Expand our experiential teacher‑education model by organizing district‑wide events, webinars, and community‑building activities.

Essential Qualifications
- Residency in the designated West Los Angeles area of California, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within the education sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the K‑12 education ecosystem, including district structures, curriculum standards, and technology adoption cycles.
- Strong public‑speaking abilities; comfortable presenting to large groups and facilitating interactive sessions.
- Proficiency with laptop and smartphone tools for slide‑deck creation, virtual presentations, and cross‑functional communication.
