As a Student Loan Advisor in careerzynith’s Customer Contact Center, you will be the front‑line voice for borrowers seeking guidance on loan repayment, consolidation, forgiveness, and related services. You will handle inbound calls, live chat sessions, and occasional outbound outreach, delivering accurate information while adhering to regulatory standards and careerzynith’s quality protocols. This role is initially based in our state‑of‑the‑art call center; exceptional performance opens the door to a remote work arrangement after 90 days, provided attendance, compliance, and performance metrics remain exemplary.
