This is a full-time position with shift flexibility required. Colleagues must be available to work anytime between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, including weekends, to ensure we can support our customers whenever they need us. This role follows a hybrid working model, with an on-site expectation of 3 days per week at one of our careerzynith offices. The remainder of your work week can be completed virtually, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

The expected hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $21.65 per hour, plus bonus incentives and a full benefits package.
