Role Overview
We are looking for a Country Manager - Colombia with a strategic vision, hunter mentality, focus on results, and ability to lead the commercial expansion of Kashio in Colombia. This position will be responsible for the local P&L, generation of new business opportunities, development of strategic alliances, and construction of a disciplined, scalable, and profitable commercial operation.
What You Will Do
Define and execute the annual country plan for Colombia, manage the local P&L, execute pricing policies, identify opportunities to strengthen Kashio's value proposition, analyze the market, competition, priority segments, and commercial expansion opportunities.
