About the Role
We’re seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our marketing team and help us maximize the effectiveness of our digital channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding user behavior, uncovering optimization opportunities, and using a test-and-learn approach to increase conversion rates across our website, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and heatmaps to identify drop-off points and conversion barriers.
Develop, implement, and manage A/B, multivariate, and split testing strategies to optimize the performance of landing pages, CTAs, and user flows.
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create and implement UX/UI enhancements aimed at boosting conversions.
Continuously monitor and report on the performance of CRO initiatives, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Create detailed CRO roadmaps aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and test results.
Perform qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer motivations and friction points.
Stay updated with the latest CRO tools, trends, and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
Leverage segmentation and personalization to improve user experiences and engagement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a CRO-focused role, preferably in a high-growth eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Optimizely, VWO, or similar.
Proven track record of running successful A/B and multivariate tests.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they influence conversion behavior.
Proficiency with basic HTML/CSS and familiarity with CMS platforms and tag managers (e.g., GTM).
Experience with funnel analysis, session recordings, and user surveys.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketers.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in CRO, Google Analytics, or UX design.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis languages is a plus.
