Consumer Leads Manager

Job Description: • Manage the entire lifecycle of consumer leads, from acquisition to conversion. • Manage the growing leads database and continuously be on top of it. • Assign leads to team members and monitor the progress on leads. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and manage campaigns that generate quality leads. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead hand-off and improve conversion rates. • Oversee lead tracking and management within the CRM system. • Ensure the accuracy of lead data, pipeline visibility, and timely follow-ups. • Gather insights on consumer needs and behavior to refine lead generation efforts. • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in consumer demand to identify new opportunities. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation technologies. • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of developing successful lead generation strategies. • Preferred: Experience in B2C environments, particularly in the education industry. • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including paid advertising, social media, and content marketing. • Strong understanding of consumer purchasing behavior.
