Role Description
This role involves using data to shape customer experiences and deliver personalized, timely, and impactful customer communications.
- Lead a portfolio of work aligned to key business units, prioritizing initiatives that enhance customer experience through data-driven communications.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into clear, actionable data and audience requirements.
- Design and deliver data that powers personalized customer communications across channels (email, text, digital, direct mail).
- Streamline and standardize how audience data flows across systems to improve efficiency and impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Champion customer-centricity, ensuring all audience data solutions are designed with the customer in mind.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to data tools, processes, and governance.

Requirements
- Typically 5 or more years experience in data warehousing, statistical analysis, and marketing/customer data models and queries.
- Detailed experience with problem solving in a business environment; working with large customer and/or prospect databases; working with product, geographic, demographic data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Expert knowledge in the theory and application of computer-based analytical tools.
- Advanced knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet, business intelligence, and database warehousing applications.
- Proficiency in developing ad hoc queries using SQL.
