More about our team 

The Clinical Informatics Consultant works as a liaison between health system clinical areas and the Epic analysts. This role has a demonstrated understanding of applying the use of technology to optimize and enhance clinical workflows for healthcare staff. Is responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system to standardize and support clinical and operational workflows across LifePoint’s Health Support Center and affiliated facilities. Works with staff and physicians to optimize the usage of the system through education and training. The role involves close collaboration with IT, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure standardization of workflows, regulatory requirements and best clinical practices are built into digital solutions.

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have an Bachelor's degree in nursing or other health care related field
Master’s degree in informatics or education (Preferred) with 5 years clinical experience with  Training, teaching, or educational facilitation experience (Preferred
