Client Success Manager (Remote working, Full-Time)

Start Date

This role begins on 28 April 2026 and includes additional remote Client Success Manager training following commencement. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

 

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in client success, account management, call‑centre, or client‑facing roles (9+ years preferred).
  • Strong digital expertise and the ability to confidently educate clients on software and marketing tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce, telephony systems, MS Office, and ideally Thryv + Thryv Marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional written and verbal delivery.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and critical‑thinking capabilities with sound decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, influence client behaviour, and introduce innovative solutions that drive adoption.
  • Highly organised, excellent time‑management, and consistent, proactive follow‑through.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a technical, fast‑paced environment and complete required certifications and training.
