Parento is redefining paid parental leave in the U.S. We partner with employers and benefits brokers to deliver the first fully integrated parental leave insurance and support program. We’re hiring a Broker Sales Executive to build and grow our broker channel across the West Coast and Mountain regions. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on developing broker relationships, creating pipeline, and closing new business. You’ll work directly with brokers, consultants, and PEO partners to bring a differentiated, mission-driven benefit to market - and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing, VC-backed company. What You’ll Do - Build and manage relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and PEO partners - Generate pipeline through broker partnerships and outbound efforts - Own deals from initial introduction through close - Expand Parento’s presence across key brokerage networks in the West & Mountain regions - Partner with internal teams to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy - Track activity and performance metrics to continuously improve results What We’re Looking For - 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, PEO or HR-related sales - Experience working with or selling through benefits brokers - Existing relationships with brokers strongly preferred - Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability - Data-driven and results-oriented Location - Remote, preferably based in the West Coast or Mountain region - California strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits - $140,000–$150,000 OTE (base + commission) - Equity package - Paid parental and family leave - Opportunity to help expand access to paid parental leave across the U.S. - Fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment with real ownership Why Parento We’re building a category-defining company at the intersection of insurance, benefits, and social impact.
