We’re seeking motivated, relationship-driven professionals to join our team as Admissions Advisors. If you have experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales, your ability to connect with people and guide decisions will translate directly into success in this role. In this position, you’ll help prospective students take the next step toward achieving their personal and professional goals. What You’ll Do • Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and chat • Guide individuals through the enrollment journey from initial inquiry to start • Identify student goals and recommend programs aligned with their needs • Deliver a personalized, high-quality experience built on trust and follow-through throughout the student’s first term. • Participate in student development activities designed to promote student readiness, awareness, retention, and success. • Pursue excellence by meeting and exceeding various key performance indicators, including individual and team enrollment goals • Achieve individual performance goals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Maintain accurate records of all communications and student progress What We’re Looking For • Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or sales) • Strong communication, relationship-building, and active listening skills • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Passion for helping others succeed and achieving their goals • Comfort with technology and learning new systems Qualifications • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) • Proven success in a high-volume, customer-focused environment • Strong organizational skills and reliability • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules; multi-tasking is a must! • Comfortable sitting for long periods of time at a computer, managing high call and text volume Work Schedule Candidates must be available to work either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, based on business needs. The manager determines specific hours and any overtime. Candidates must connect equipment directly to their home router (Post provides a 50-foot Ethernet cable; no wireless connections). Minimum internet requirements include a 25 Mb download speed, a 15 Mb upload speed, and a latency below 40 for reliable audio quality.
