Job Summary:
Role can be based in the U.S. or Canada.
Hours: Start time is between 8:00–10:00 AM PT
As an Account Executive at Commerce7, you'll drive revenue growth through consultative selling, building meaningful relationships with prospects and guiding them through a tailored purchasing journey. You'll manage a dynamic pipeline of inbound, outbound, and BDR-sourced opportunities, articulating the Commerce7 value proposition through phone, video conferencing, and email. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with a network of third-party partners throughout the sales process.
Primary Responsibilities:
Become an expert on the Commerce7 platform
Become an expert in direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations and sales
Cold calling to build your pipeline alongside inbound and BDR driven opportunities
Educate and guide prospects through the consideration phase of the buyer’s journey
Act as a consultant to help prospects achieve their DTC goals and close new business
Schedule and lead calls, meetings, and demos to answer questions and provide guidance
Serve as a brand enthusiast for Commerce7’s product suite
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to execute and evolve sales strategy as products are enhanced or launched
Maintain clean and clear CRM hygiene

Minimum Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in a SaaS sales environment with consistent goal achievement
2–4 years of proven success exceeding KPIs
Experience selling SaaS products in web technologies or innovative online product environments
Experience working with small business owners, marketers, and executives
Strong goal orientation and focus
Demonstrated emotional intelligence
Strong work ethic
High levels of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Canada:
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $113,680 - $140,000 CAD
Includes base salary plus commission
US:
